Richard Kashian, Founder and CEO
Mr. Kashian has worked in Engineering and Information Systems in the building industry for over 15 years. He has been selling and implementing customized CAD software systems and business software solutions to over 40 large and medium production and manufacturing building companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Kashian holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
David Doherty, CTO
Mr. Doherty has provided comprehensive software programming and CAD system implementations for residential building companies in both North America and Japan. This broad experience, coupled with a strong technical understanding of current software technologies enables him to advise companies on the best ways to maximize the benefits of information systems in their business operations. Mr. Doherty has a Bachelor's Degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
Douglas Mills, Director of Drafting Services
Mr. Mills has over 28 years experience in the residential construction industry. He has held management positions in drafting, engineering, quality assurance and product development. In those positions he was also a key member in executive teams for ISO certification, value engineering and construction systems. He has served on industry associations for advancement in national and state building codes and administration. Mr. Mills holds a degree in Architectural Technology.
Jim O'Shaughnessy, Director of Sales
Mr. O’Shaughnessy is an experienced telecom and software sales executive with over 15 years of experience in sales negotiations and building and maintaining customer relationships. Prior to joining Simpad, he held worldwide sales and leadership positions at Nortel Networks, Sync Research and consulting roles at a number of software companies. Mr. O’Shaughnessy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
