Provide technical support to users of all Simpad software products by telephone, email and on-site. 4 year Engineering/Architectural degree or equivalent experience

Conduct basic and advanced user training courses.

Previous CAD experience in building

Monitor technical issues that arise during training, implementation and technical support calls, and

Generate complete construction plans
4 year Engineering/Architectural degree or
equivalent experience in construction industry.
Ability to manage your own time and actions, and to

Experience using AutoCAD software in
architectural production environment.
Ability to work in a team environment
as well as independently.
Setup libraries and construction rules to
customerspecific requirements
Thorough knowledge in production of residential or light
commercial architectural and engineering plans and drawings.
  Knowledge of construction/ homebuilding
industry techniques andpractices.
  Customer service skills, including excellent phone
skills and the abilityto resolve problems and conflicts.
ADT experience is a plus
  Past experience in working for a homebuilding company
or an architectural plan service company is a plus.
  Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
with the ability to interpret complex technical issues.
  Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  Self starter with the ability to manage large plan projects.

   
Software Application Engineer  
   
Responsibilities: Qualifications:
Designing, estimating, coding, unit testing, and
debugging new features being added to various
Simpad applications.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related
technical field is preferred.
Independently arrive at appropriate
solutions to problems.
Able to grasp new technologies quickly.
Lead developer projects, perform
code reviews, mentor and teach.
Fluency with C/C++, .NET, C#, or Java.
Ability to lead multiple developer projects.
  Strong analytical and coding skills.
6+ years of software development experience.
  Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills.

   
Sales Consultant
Responsible for selling/marketing software and related services to the residential building industry.
This requires a professional and consultative solutions sales approach and the ability to understand
customers’ processes and requirements, working knowledge of product features, benefits, and technical
capabilities; together with excellent sales skills.
   
Responsibilities: Qualifications:
Sales of Simpad software systems
to homebuilding companies.
Negotiate pricing and implementation contracts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in
engineering or business related field.
Follow and manage customer projects
from initial lead to completion.
Previous sales experience and customer management skills.
Marketing and lead generation activities. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Manage customer relations and after-sales activities. Must be able to work in fast paced,
demanding client environments.
Proactively manage time and actions, and execute
sales process to successful completion.
Should have knowledge of construction and/or
homebuildingindustry techniques and practices.
